Process

Four steps, run on every project

The steps stay the same. How long each one takes depends on the project goals, user needs, how complex the problem is, and the time we have.

    Research

    Interview users to find the pain points, and observe where they actually struggle.

    Ideation

    Create several tasks and potential solutions, then follow them through a user journey.

    Design

    Design low, mid and high-fidelity wireframes, with a real grid, type scale and palette.

    Test

    Run A/B and usability tests on the prototype, then fix the details users point out.

test() feeds the next research(). Safelder went through two high-fidelity rounds on back-to-back days. Yes I Know 180 went through three prototypes before a tester remembered 90% of the information.

For complex UX problems, research is a must.
I couldn’t have designed a product users love without the help of the people who will actually use it.

About

Designer and developer in one

I’m a multidisciplinary Product Designer with a background in interactive media in Bangkok and web design and new media in San Francisco. I bring together UX research, product thinking, UI design, and front-end development to turn user needs into intuitive, functional digital products.

I enjoy solving real-world problems through design, from understanding user challenges to shaping product experiences and bringing ideas to life with code. My goal is to create products that are not only easy to use, but also meaningful and accessible to the people who rely on them.
